SUMMERCAMP!

a quick update–Milwaukee went pretty well, considering it opened against the Bourne Ultimatum–i think we tied for box office, not sure, i’ll have to check the trades… my friend Jeanette (from uber-danceband Master Blaster Zaster) and I actually did our rock thing and fliered the town–thanks to her early-90’s white Mazda. thanks jeanette! I had a nice chat with Larry from the Times as we sat outside the theater while the film was playing and the sun was setting, he with a cigar, me with a beer. he’s got some great plans for the theater. so if you’re in milwaukee, go see the film or at least pay the theater a visit, it’s an historic place. I saw Tron there on restored 35mm…need i say more.

word from Beez is that OKC went great too–so thanks to everyone for coming out and showing support! we hope Lincoln liked it too, sorry we couldn’t stop in!

next up i’ll be in Tucson and Chicago in a few weeks–word on the street is that holly and some of the other kids will be attending chicago’s first night, along with camp snacks and crafts
